Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of bar staff, ensuring efficient service delivery
Assist with the training and development of team members in hospitality best practices
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the bar area
Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage inventory to prevent shortages
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area at all times
Handle customer enquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and promote excellent customer service
Lead by example in delivering outstanding hospitality experiences to guests

Proven supervising experience within a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment
Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate staff effectively
Experience in serving beverages and understanding of bar operations, including barista experience preferred
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Leadership qualities with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Familiarity with hospitality industry regulations and health & safety protocols
Previous experience in restaurant or hotel environments is highly desirable
Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate staff effectively
